"You guys always go above and beyond to help with any needs we may have related to our gear. I have had the pleasure to work with you and your staff for the past two years and would like to say thank you for a job well done!"

“Our Department along with a few other departments from Cayuga County were involved in a structure fire that contaminated a fair amount of turnout gear last week. Turnout Express was retained to complete the decontamination services. We received the gear back last evening and I want to say that all of the parties involved were highly impressed with the quality job that was completed by your company. All of our equipment was returned in professional packaging with the proper documentation for our records. I just wanted to send an email saying thank you for completing a quality job that far exceeded our level of expectations. I would highly recommend your company to anyone with fire equipment cleaning needs. Keep up the good work!”
